Hero Corporate Service Private Limited (HCSPL) (formerly Hero Corporate Service Limited) is a company that provides services related to manufacturing, consulting, and BPO services. The Company has it’s headquarters in New Delhi. After its formal inauguration on February 9, 1995, Hero Corporate Service was converted into a Limited Company in September 1995.

HCSPL comprises of 5 strategic businesses – Insurance Distribution, Hero Realty Ltd. (Real Estate), Hero Management Service Private Ltd. (BPO), Hero Steels Ltd. and Hero Mindmine Institute Private Limited. The aim of forming Hero Corporate Service Private Limited was to deliver outstanding services and products by utilizing the advantages and experience of the Hero Group. The company has a strong foundation of highly experienced professionals, quality systems, tested procedures and business philosophies.

HCSPL undertakes planning and execution of projects for the group & its ancillaries through the “Strategic Planning & Project (SPP)” department of the division. The SPP cell works on diverse expansion and growth programmes that may involve the setup of Greenfield projects, Business Process Re-engineering, Change Management and Product Development within the Hero Group. HCSPL’s areas of services also include finance & treasury, human resource and total-quality management. The tested and well-planned process of understanding the business needs of the clients has been key to the success of HCSPL. This is undertaken by conducting in-depth research on the emerging technologies, products and applying them to meet the customers’ requirements.
