The corporate legal team works closely with business unit heads as well as with those of partners and suppliers.
The key competence of this team is to provide both company secretarial as well as legal assistance and advice in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Re-structuring and matters overseas keeping in view the applicable legal environment.
The team provides on going assistance to companies within the group on legislative compliance, company secretarial work and legal assistance.
