Historically, this team built brands known as Herosoft & Munjal eSystems helped carried out implementations of integrated software services at over 70 ancillaries and businesses closely related to the Hero Group.
As an in-house vendor, the knowledge acquired through the implementation work has been institutionalized in the company, thus creating a vast library of tools, techniques and first hand experience.
It is responsible for formulating and administering the IT policies covering business continuity planning, information systems audit, security, platform standardization and major IT investments. |

Instrumental in developing strategic relationships with major IT vendors, the team works closely with businesses, corporate functions and business IT heads, providing strategic technological direction to the business units.
The Technology cell researches new opportunities for business development in the IT sector for the existing businesses, as well as upgrade the technical competence of the businesses for cost reduction, quality improvement, capacity increase and sharing of best practices.
