As an in-house vendor, the knowledge
acquired through the implementation
work has been institutionalized in the
company, thus creating a vast library
of tools, techniques and first hand
experience.
It is responsible for formulating and
administering the IT policies covering
business continuity planning,
information systems audit, security,
platform standardization and major IT
investments.
