business development process along with

growth for the Hero Group companies.
These entail evaluation of projects and
develop viable business plans and going
on to working towards forming alliances,
partnerships, M&A, JVs. Besides,
Strategic Planning & Projects
(SP&P) helps in Operational
improvements in the existing businesses
of the Hero Group, serving as an
internal consultant.

is to identify and evaluate new
business opportunities through its
resource base. This entity has played
a key role in the set up of several
businesses in wide ranging fields such
as the Real Estate, Insurance,
Bill
Payment, Business
Process Outsourcing, Auto
Component Manufacturing, Vehicle
Manufacturing Sectors, Marketing
of Auto Components in the
Replacement Market and Educational
Projects among others.
