1995	February 9th	The formal inauguration of Hero Corporate Service Limited (HCSL)
1995	September 25th	HCSL was converted into a Limited Company
2000	February	Hero ITES, the Contact Centre and CRM services division of HCSL formed
2000	March	Implementation partnership status acquired with Seimens Information Systems Limited, India
2000	November	Hero Mindmine, the Education and IT-enabled services division came into being.
2001	July	Herosoft, the Software Development & Implementation and Delivery Management System formed
2004	May	NsurePlus, the division offering distribution of non-life insurance services through tie-up with National Insurance Company Limited.
2005	April	Hero ITES hived of to a new company, Hero Management Service Limited.

Looking Beyond

Between 1995-2000, Hero Corporate Service Limited focussed on Hero Group Companies, ancillaries, suppliers, dealers and other associates. The goal from the year 2001 onwards is to widen the focus to include other clients and enterprises on the national as well as international platform.
