HeroTSC is the BPO business of the Hero Group, owned by Hero Management Service Limited. It was formed after the Group Company; HeroITES acquired the Scotland based call center group, Telecom Service Centre Ltd in August 2007. HeroTSC is amongst the top 15 BPO companies in India and the 4th largest in UK in revenue terms, with 3,800 customer contact specialists and 3,000 seats based in 9 centers across UK, Scotland and India. Hero Management Service Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hero Corporate Service Limited.

The business provides high quality contact center, technical support, transaction processing and quality assurance services to clients in USA, UK, Australia and AMEA. With over 14 years of contact center experience, present capabilities cover the widest range of customer relationship management activities across the customer life cycle starting from acquisition, care, loyalty, care, revenue enhancement, to retention and debt management.

HeroTSC manages over 40 million customer contacts annually for a broad range of blue-chip clients across key industry verticals including telecommunications, banking & financial services, technology, retail and public sector (utilities).

HeroTSC has developed proprietary solutions like HeroLiveTM. The India operation is ISO9001:2000 and IEC/ISO 27001 certified. In recognition for the outstanding quality of service provided, the global operation has won numerous awards including –
