Hero Management Service Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hero Corporate Service Limited.

With over 14 years of contact center experience, present capabilities cover the widest range of customer relationship management activities across the customer life cycle starting from acquisition, care, loyalty, care, revenue enhancement, to retention and debt management. HeroTSC manages over 40 million customer contacts annually for a broad range of blue-chip clients across key industry verticals including telecommunications, banking & financial services, technology, retail and public sector (utilities). |
