Arrow Infra Ltd. is the real estate business arm of Hero Corporate Service Limited, with offices in both New Delhi and Haridwar, in Uttarakhand. With a need for both managing and promoting an ideal Industrial environment to support and house Hero and other associated manufacturing firms, Arrow Infrastructure was set up in 2006. Arrow develops smart, tailor-made solutions to help customers operate as efficiently as possible, using only necessary square meters.

With a team of specialists in logistics, production, finance and facility management to design a solution that is efficient, the value proposition to customer is further enhanced with simply being located on an industrial parks and sharing all general costs.

Arrow has developed couple of Industrial Parks in the state of Uttrakhand to house large and mid-sized manufacturing units. These Industrial Parks have state-of-the-art infrastructure with high specifications internal roads, complete area lighting, storm water drainage system, commercial hub and landscaped areas.
