Hero Mindmine unveils training center in Mumbai

Hero Mindmine, a part of the Rs. 6,000 crore Hero Group, recently launched its first training center in Mumbai. The center would provide state-of-the-art technology based training for languages, accent, telesales, behavioral and customer service skills, which are very important to meet the growing demands of the Call Center industry in India. Hero Mindmine is the first organization player providing training in IT enabled services sector.

With the opening of this center, Hero Mindmine will offer world class training to students aspiring to take up careers in contact centers and customer service centers. They are the first ones to provide training through the use of simulators, speech recognition etc that ensures experimental and better learning as compared to outdated lecture style training.
